THE BRIEF
Integration – A leading technology services provider required assistance with delivering a range of integrated presentation and meeting systems to their client.
Deployment – Hart Automation was engaged during the tendering process to ensure compliance with the AV specification, providing industry certifications and costing for all services.
Management – The Hart team would accept full responsibility for practical implementation, working with the customer, construction team and technology partners to deliver the project.
OUR SERVICES
Several requirements detailed in the tender specification were met by utilising Hart Automation’s extensive industry certification framework.
Service provision included design validation & drafting, stock management & logistics, project management, site management & installation, control systems programming, commissioning, witness testing, handover, and defects liability.
Award of the AV tender was delayed until after the scheduled commencement date, acceleration of the deployment process ensured delivery was not delayed.
All spaces (23 in total) were installed and tested within a 2- week window, closely coordinated with the construction team and the customer’s IT department.
Hart Automation undertook witness testing, handover, preparation of operation and maintenance manuals, as-built documentation, submission of equipment schedules and defects liability.
Several variations were scoped, costed, and delivered by Hart due to changing requirements of the end-customer.
Hart Automation remained transparent during the entire project lifecycle, working as an extension of our client.
